1. Services

QW Designs provides home staging services, including but not limited to furniture arrangement, décor placement, and styling recommendations. Services are subject to availability and may require a consultation prior to booking.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Clients must schedule a consultation before booking a staging service.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments are non-refundable once staging services have been rendered.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a partial refund.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in a forfeited deposit.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

  • QW Designs is not responsible for any damages to personal property that occur before, during, or after the staging process.

  • Clients are responsible for securing fragile or valuable items before staging begins.

  • We provide design recommendations but do not guarantee property sale or rental success.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, and graphics, is the property of QW Designs and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

  • Clients grant QW Designs the right to photograph staged spaces for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. User Conduct

  • Clients and website users agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Any fraudulent activity or misuse of our services may result in termination of service without notice.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Any personal information collected will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
